Jennifer Kida, MA, TLLP

Ms. Kida is a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Ms. Kida is experienced in working with individuals affected by mood disorders, behavioral difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. While she uses an integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique goals, Ms. Kida often incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy. 

Ms. Kida is committed to fostering a therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Her work aims to increase self-understanding and self-compassion while empowering each individual to achieve a life which they find fulfilling. She is a member of the APA, and the Society for Counseling Psychology, and the Society for Humanistic Psychology. Ms. Kida graduated from Wayne State University with a Master’s degree in counseling psychology.
