Ms. Millmine is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Counseling. Her professional background in early childhood education, including more than a decade of experience working with children and families across educational, community, and early intervention settings, has provided her with a strong foundation in child development, social-emotional functioning, and the importance of creating supportive environments that foster growth and resilience.

Jenni has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and issues related to identity and the LGBTQ+ community. She is passionate about helping clients feel safe, supported, and understood as they explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Jenni takes an individualized, trauma-informed approach to counseling. She draws from a variety of therapeutic theories and interventions, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration is an essential part of the counseling process. Her goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Jenni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from Rochester University, and is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association.
