Ms. Parrish is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing individual counseling toadolescents and adults coping with depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, grief, significant life changes, job stress, relationship issues, substance use, and behavioral problems. Ms. Parrish works from a framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), collaborating with each client to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique experience.  Ms. Parrish completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Central Michigan University in Psychology and Recreation Therapy and continued there to complete her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a member of the American Counseling Association.
