Briana Foster, MA, TLLP

Briana Foster, MA, TLLP

Ms. Foster is a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults. She has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Additionally, Briana has training and experience conducting psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. Briana’s approach to therapy integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. She believes in meeting clients where they are in life and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, Briana works with clients to better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop skills that are meaningful and realistic for their everyday lives. Briana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. She is currently completing her doctoral training in clinical psychology.
