Ms. Bell is a Limited Licensed Social Worker who provides individual therapy to adults and adolescents ages 16 and older experiencing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. She creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. At the heart of Ms. Bell's approach is the belief that each person's life is a uniquely woven tapestry of experiences that influences their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Over time, certain patterns (or snags) may develop that no longer serve them. Using an insight-oriented approach, Ms. Bell integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to help clients gain insight into those patterns, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change that supports healing and personal growth.

Ms. Bell’s professional experience includes working in mental health and substance use Intensive Outpatient Programs, as well as co-leading a support group for individuals navigating divorce and separation. Ms. Bell earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Oakland University and her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University.
